Ficus
Commonly called the Fig family, there are many common houseplants found here. There are tree types of ficus and there are also low creepers like the creeping fig. Two of the most popular ficus we carry are the Benjamina (or Weeping fig) and the Decora (or Rubber plant), which now has some newer varieties with contrasting colors. Watering is critical here and you must water with care where the tree types must be able to dry out to some extent between watering while the trailing types require more frequent watering. A common mistake with the Benjamina is that when the customer sees some leaves dropping they think it needs water but in reality leaf droppage is normal for this variety especially when it is being moved to a different location. The key for these will be the location, which should be as bright as possible.
